Manufacturing and Shipping

We're in Beta! During this initial launch period our order fulfillment will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

Order Fulfillment

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing and submitting your order. We do our best to build and ship your models as quickly as possible, but creating bespoke, custom jewelry takes time. When we're out of beta, the time from order to ship-out will typically take approximately four weeks, though we will work to deliver sooner when possible. Note that production times may be extended during busy times like the holidays or when we are subject to heavy order volume.

We'll try our best to create your order, but sometimes details won't show up or be legible, in which case we will refund your purchase. We know with more certainty whether an item can be made to your specifications after we start production, usually about two weeks after an order is placed.


Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries around the world. Orders to the United States are sent via UPS Mail Innovations. After manufacturing, transit times for these orders typically take an additional 2-5 business days. International orders are sent via UPS First Class with the exception of orders to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, which are sent through UPS Mail Innovations then handed off to the local postal service for final delivery. After manufacturing, transit times on international orders typically take up to an additional week, varying heavily by country. Note that some orders placed outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or delivery fees due on arrival, depending on your country's shipping practices. Any such additional costs are not included in quoted prices. Please contact your local UPS branch for more information.


Return Policy

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the issue. Please also send a photo indicating the problem. This will help us expedite your return process. If the item is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement, please submit a claim within 10 days after receipt of the item. Such warranty claim can be made only within 10 days after receipt of the item. Do not return the item unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Charmsmith warrants only that the item manufactured by us will substantially meet the features of the indicated 3D model within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. Charmsmith does not give any warranty about the items and does not guarantee that the item will be fit for any particular purposes. Please inspect the items upon receipt immediately.
