Be sure to log in with the same login method you used when you signed up. For example, if you used Google Authorization to log in, you'll need to do so again.
Most of the time, a payment error is a result of the provided billing zip code not matching what the bank has on file. Some online shops don't validate this information, so it can go unnoticed for a while after people move, and if they haven't updated their bank.
Another reason for a payment error is that our credit card processor does not accept prepaid cards.
If neither of these is the case, please contact us, making sure to include the email address associated with the Charmsmith account that is attempting the payment as well as the date of the payment attempt.

We offer a range of precious metal and plated metal options. Our metals are cast using the 'lost wax method' where a wax mold is used to create a plaster cast. Molten metal is poured into the cast and the cast is broken away. Once it has cooled, the model is polished until it has a smooth, bright luster. This polishing process uses a combination of machine and hand polishing to provide its smooth, glossy finish. In noted cases, this material is then ‘finished' via electroplating.
Some interior or recessed detail may be difficult to reach during the polishing process. This may result in slightly lower fidelity or smoothness than exterior detail, or slightly uneven plating. Additionally, the polishing process, though it results in fantastic smoothness and a superior finish, can sometimes dull some finer details, like an inscription on a signet ring.

We don't currently offer any sort of bulk-order discounts. 3D printing is a cool manufacturing medium: it allows for things like cost-effective one-off prints, but given that it is designed specifically for custom one-off prints, there isn't really much economics of scale that takes hold from ordering multiple figures, or even multiple copies of the same figure. As a result, we don't really have any savings to pass along to the customer.
